Alex did an exceptional job from the purchase of our new home in San Bernardino County to the sale of our house in Orange County. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects between both counties. He advised us that our home would sell in less than 20 days, which it sold in 12 over asking as Alex predicted. He was able to guide us through the multitude of questions we had about our escrow closing on two homes as it was difficult for us to keep up with all the detail dealing with two separate escrow companies. When we could not locate a form, Alex had it readily available. He was a delight to work with and we highly recommend him from San Bernardino County to Orange through Los Angeles.
